Calculator Purpose: This tool helps Teamleaders track their monthly earnings and team performance. Earnings include team deals, personal deals, and salary.

1. VOD (Value of Deal): Total value of deals closed by the Teamleader's agents.
2. Gross %: Average percentage of company commission from total deal value.
   • GROSS = VOD * Gross %
   • NET = GROSS * 0.5 (50% of GROSS)
3. Min NET Target per Agent: Minimum NET amount each agent should achieve. Used to calculate team performance.
4. QTY of Agents: Number of agents under the Teamleader. Used to calculate team performance:
   Performance % = (Total NET) / (Min NET Target per Agent * QTY of Agents) * 100
5. TL Commission % of NET: Teamleader's commission percentage for the month.
   TL Commission = Total NET * TL Commission %
6. Salary: Teamleader's monthly salary.
7. Personal VOD Closed: Total value of deals closed by the Teamleader personally.
8. Agent Commission %: Average commission percentage for the Teamleader when acting as an agent.
   Personal Commission = Personal VOD Closed * Gross % * Agent Commission %
